Mount in any vehicle, Boat, RV or Motorcycle. The Tune Trapper antenna was designed to be hidden. Mount anywhere, in any position, in steel or fiberglass. Most vertical whip antennas are a 1/4 wave ground plane. The TT is a full 1/2 wave helical dipole, wound with several feet of wire and requires no ground. Each TT is hand tuned to resonance with special instruments. We use 95% braided sheild cable for virtual elimination of EMI electrical noise caused by engines, fans, wipers, etc. Beware of mini amplified antennas that make big claims. The TT antenna will not cause radio overload problems associated with amplified antenna's. These hand tuned USA made antenna's require no power. The end fed TT-1E is only 24" L and 1/2" Dia. it comes with 6 feet of high quality 95% braid shielded cable for elimination of EMI electrical noise and a Motorola termination. Hand tuned for FM 88- 108 mhz. coverage and AM as well. Mount horizontal in your head liner, under dash or trunk. Great in Street rods, fiberglass boats, hide in the hull or any compartment. Minimum clearance to steel 1/2-3/4". Slide into places not easily accessed, mounting is optional and not necessary in many cases. No need for power wiring, none of our TT's require power. FAQ?

The center fed TT2C is 24"L and 1/2" Dia. complete with 6 feet of high quality cable and center mounting bracket. The TT-2C is designed primarily for overhead console mounted radios, but provides excellent performance when mounted under dash. All our antennas can be mounted anywhere in fiberglass vehicles and only a *minimum clearance in steel. " * 3/4".
The TT2C2 motorcycle fairing version: has the same specs. as the TT2C except the cable length is 2 feet. Flexible, can be bent 10-20 degrees to fit around motorcycle fairings. See Installation!

Shown for reference, is a motorola plug we terminate all our TT hidden antennas. This is the standard for most automotive radios.
We use 95% sheilded cable, why is this important? Noise generated by fans, wipers, computers, blower motors, electric fuel pumps, etc. are virtualy eliminated.

Hand tuned for the FM band 88-108 MHz. Six feet of 75 ohm sheilded cable terminated in an F type connector found in most newer receivers. Mount on the wall or to the back of your entertainment center with the supplied hardware.
